Remember to take binoculars, something soft to sit on, a blanket and warm clothing – even in Summer the cool breezes coming off the ocean can cool you down quickly.  Also take your time walking back up the boardwalk after the show as you will get lots of opportunities to see the penguins up close going back to their burrows.

The San Remo Fisherman’s Co-op feed the pelicans daily at 12 noon on the foreshore next to the San Remo Pier. They get anywhere between 15 to 30 pelicans. There are also large Stingrays that can often be seen from the Pier.
